We offer our employees a comprehensive benefit program, which is an important part of the total compensation package. HEALTH BENEFITS
•  Medical Coverage: Individual/family coverage that provides medical, dental, prescription drug coverage, mental health care, chemical dependency and vision care.
•  Short-Term Disability Coverage: Provides up to 60% of employee’s weekly salary (max $1500) for first 13 weeks of disability.
•  Long-Term Disability Coverage: Provides up to 66 2/3% of employee’s monthly salary (max $10,000) after 13 weeks of short-term disability.
•  Life and AD&D Insurance:
  •  Provides life insurance at 2X annual salary for employees.
•  AD&D provides financial protection for an employee in the case of accidental death or dismemberment.

RETIREMENT BENEFITS:
•  401(k) Savings Plan: Allows employees to defer up to 15% of salary on a pre-tax basis into a choice of twelve investment funds.
•  Pension Plan: Provides for employee’s financial security at retirement through full company contributions.
