Claims Handling
We are proud of our reputation as an insurance carrier who practices
aggressive claims defense and management.
The Claim Representatives are primarily registered nurses or
other para-medical professionals, and many are paralegals as
well.
We
have been a leader in taking an early and aggressive approach
to cases. The claims staff works closely and directly with the
insureds from the beginning of the litigation through its conclusion.
Taking
early action, assembling all of the necessary resources, thoroughly
investigating each claim, and working closely with defense counsel
is the formula that has produced excellent results year after
year.
Our
ability to identify the right cases and determine the appropriate
strategy for each case is what is responsible for our high successful
resolution at trial. Eighty percent (80%) of cases tried resulted
in defense verdicts.
