We

Our medically licensed claims examiners are all health care
professionals, bringing their intimate medical knowledge and
extensive clinical experience to every case. When a case is
brought to our attention, our examiners are put on the job immediately.
At
PRI, our claims examiners have smaller case loads than the
competition. This means more attention for those unfortunate
doctors who are sued. Each case is assigned to a single claims
examiner who personally takes all interviews. Our senior level
claims management team, which includes physicians, closely
monitors each case so details and facts are double checked.
With
such aggressive claims handling, PRI is able to close 70%
of its cases at trial with no payment. This is 10% higher
